  Sallie A. Brooks (42/Jan 1857/widow) was enumerated in the 1900 census in Person Co. with daughter Mollie A. [sic] (15/Apr 1885), son James L. (6/Jun 1894) and her mother Elizabeth Compton (68/Dec 1831/widow). Sallie reported having had 6 children of whom 2 were alive in 1900. Sallie O. [sic] Brooks (52) was living with her daughter Mollie E. McCullock (24), son-in-law William H. McCullock (22), and Sallie’s son Lester J. Brooks (16) in the 1910 Person Co. census. Online pedigrees place a DOD of 1911, this is unverified by me.
